Inglewood Manor Wedding Photography: Peter & Katherine
This wonderful wedding was so well thought out and planned – I think they are going to patent the excel spread sheet! – and really happy for Kathe and Peter it was the day they dreamed of – things done a bit differently but just the way they wanted it to and it was a real pleasure to a be a part of this day. A love match on Wimbledon final day!
I must admit I was a little nervous of the timings at first, but no worries with Dan and Sam (former Pixsmiths couple) as best man and chief bridesmaid they were such a blessing to Kath and Pete, ever attentive to make sure things were going smoothly and stress free and also to us to make sure people were there for the groups and keeping times on track.
A real surprise at the bridal preps was seeing Rose, the hairdresser, who had made my wedding dress many years ago!
A Sunday wedding – Kath is communications officer at West Kirby United reformed – so a real celebration for their morning service!
Kath made her entrance after the first reading – her stunning bridal dress in white and blue looked amazing from above – almost tudoresque!
The bridesmaids dresses were in the same colour blue to match.
Wonderful to see the church packed and the worship band and singing so good. Cake cutting ceremony and reception in the church hall afterwards and then a confetti exit and on to Inglewood Manor – always a fabulous venue – and thank you again to the staff for looking after us. Dan’s speech and groom survival kit was a highlight of the wedding breakfast entertainment too, so entertaining!
A glorious sunny day so time for some prop shots outside before the evening kicked off with the Irish dancing – so much fun and gets everyone involved.
A fantastic day all round. Many congratulations to Peter and Kath, wishing them much happiness and blessings in the future.

Oh we are in for such a treat with Kim and Felix’s wedding – what a great couple they are. So natural with each other, they barely needed any direction from us durint their engagement shoot…so obviously in love
Just how we like to shoot, capturing moment and emotion, whether a pre wedding/engagement shoot or the wedding itself.
Well its not long to their day which will be a Wirral wedding church ceremony and then on to their reception at the beautiful Plas Hafod, just next month …so looking forward to it.
Here a few images as we strolled around West Kirby’s promenade and marina with them….well they hardly knew we were there!
The Palm House iin Sefton Park, Liverpool is an amazing wedding venue. No need to fret about what our British weather will be doing as indoors or outsoors you have tropical gardens.
Great for anytime of year, rain or shine, a fantastic party venue. It was a real pleasure for wirral wedding photographers Pixsmiths Creative Photography to capture the day’s event for Claire and Michael on their wedding day. Their family and friends had a wonderful time with them. Top notch food and organisation too from the Palm House and the cateres.
Many congratulations Claire and Michael and your lovely family, wishing you much continued happiness, love Sandy & Dave x
Here a little selection of their day to enjoy. interested in Pixsmiths being your Palm House wedding photographer? Then please get in touch.
A wedding booked many months in advance and eagerly awaited! Wirral wedding photographers Pixsmiths Creative Photgraphy were honoured to capture the joy and love of the beautiful wedding of Jill and Anthony at St Stephens in Prenton, – loved the light in this church!, followed by a wonderful reception at Thornton Manor’s Waterside Pavillion. The grounds round here just lend themselves to beautiful images and we were blessed with sunny skies on this particular day and family and friends could enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and enjoy themeselves as they celebrated the wedding day. A gorgeous sweetheart table for the two of them at the reception – what a great idea! Many congratulations Jill and Anthony thank you for choosing us and we wish you much happiness in the future x.
So many fab suppliers involeved in this weddding too – I’ll try to list them all at the end!
Please enjoy the story of the day as we go from bridal preps right the way through to the evening parrty with Tequilla in full swing – the band not the drink!

Wedding at The Manor
Saskia and Andrew contacted us when they realised their original wedding photographer was not not going to show up 🙁
We were glad we could help them out and restore their faith in photographers, they are such a lovely couple and they should not have been in this situation.
A civil ceremony at Wallasey Town Hall for their wedding was enjoyed by the respective families and children – many of Saski’s relatives had made the trip over from Germany.
The Town Hall has recently been decorated and we love the new green colour scheme. The stairs are always a feature inside an outside the steps overlooking the estuary always make for some great shots.
A reception was held at the The Manor in Greasby – always fabulous food and service there – in the barn function room. The weather was warm enough for people to mingle in the courtyard garden outside.
We got some shots of the room and a cake cut shot before leaving them to enjoy their meal….and then surprised them by coming back in the evening to capture some dance shots.
Being just a short distance away we wanted to do something for this lovely couple after they had lost their deposit.
They were so happy and we have now designed them a beautiful album to preserve their memories.
Here a few highlights from the day to enjoy – showing a good example of posed and candid, reportage style shots we like to take.

Catching up with some engagemet sessions still! This time its Kath and Peter’s turn for a pre wed shoot enjoying a stroll around West Kirby marina and beach.
Not long to their July weddding – a local affair at the URC West Kirby where we had the pleasure of shooting their friend Dan and Sam’s wedding – in fact Dan will be best man and Sam matron of honour.
Reception will follow at Inglewood Manor – oneof our favourite venues.
It was a bit of a grey day but hopefully these images cheered them up so enjoy a few of their images from their session with us.
Pete had a hand in designing Kath’s ring – making sure it included some swirls which she loves!
