From the jump shot we took of Hannah and Andrew on their prewed shoot we knew this wedding was going to be so much fun and we weren’t wrong!
Hannah’s parental home is Leaswood Grange in Willaston – a beautiful place to get ready. An antique book of the Lords prayer was pinned inside Hannah’s beautiful 3/4 length wedding dress – looked fab on her and then a horse and carriage ride down the country lanes to the idyllic country church of St Nicholas in Burton. The guys had been getting ready at nearby Craxton Wood – again really handy having with 2 photographers – one for the bride and one for the groom.
The church was packed to the rafters as Hannah made her entrance to her waiting groom. Service was delightfully conducted by the Rev. Helm. and their was an entertaining reading of the poem the Owl and the Pussycat by various members of the congregation including Hannah and Andrew.
A few pictures and confetti shots later it was back to Leaswood Grange for a drinks reception on the lawn – and of course Hannah’s home made baked cakes – this had been one busy bride!
Guests then made their way to the marquee donned with bunting – made by Hannah’s own fair hands – see I said busy! The surprise for the guests here was the themed tables with costumes and props to match under the table for them to wear and it was great to see the guests join in this way – it was just what Hannah and Andrew wanted from their day and everybody was having a great time. As their photographers we were given free rein to just capture the atmosphere of the day without being obtrusive. I hope you can see from these few favourite images what an amazing day it was.
Many congratulation to the happy couple, wishing you many more happy days ahead xx
