The former portrait studio, now a restaurant, The Portrait House was a wonderful setting for Sarah and Andy’s wedding celebrations.
The food is fantastic – with guests having a choice from the mouth-watering menu.
Wirral wedding photographers, Pixsmiths Creative Photography started the day at the Holiday Inn Express in Hoylake for some bridal preps before the ceremony at St John in Meols which is celebrating its 100th Birthday this year. The bunting was up and fitted in perfectly with Sarah’s vintage themed wedding.
Grooms men all in kilts and pretty flower girl and boy ring bearer completed the bridal party.
Group shots over the bride and group opted for their own portraits at Red Rocks – lovely sunny weather made it perfect ..and even more so when Sarah spotted some firemen to have a shot taken with! We had to leave then behind and make our way to the Portrait House, beautifully set up by Cupids and Bows, for their wedding reception. Big thank you to Matthew and his team at the Portrait House for all their hard work – it really is a delightful intimate venue for an elegant wedding.
Fun was had til late in the evening – first dance was 10.30pm – yes we were still there to catch those memories too!
Many congratulations to Sarah and Andy on your fab day – and Sarah had another big occasion the next day, a special birthday, so quite a weekend for her!
Here just a few images to highlight the memories and fun of the day. Enjoy x
