Sunshine their horse and furbaby and a horseshoe theme added to the enjoyment of a wonderful day for a Harrison Hall Wedding
We have previously enjoyed a Christmas wedding at this venue when it was known as Plas Hafod,
The name may have changed but still really lovely to come here and the staff, still so helpful and friendly
Daisy only had to change her title from Miss to Mrs – Rhys and Daisy already had the same surname!
The day started with preps at home. Love how Daisy’d mum had daises on her mother-of-the-bride dress.
A short drive and away and we arrived at the venue.
A hot May day – outdoor options are available here but today’s ceremony was indoor where it was cooler with the welcome air con!
beautiful ceremony and then outdoors for mingling and photos.
Wonderful to see Daisy’s horse Ghost come along and join in the big group pictures as well as pose for other guest pics!
Hope you enjoy these highlights and thank you for booking Pixsmiths for your important memories of the day.
Elegant Black and White Festive Wedding at Plas Hafod
Our last wedding of 2015, and what a way to end a fantastic year with a Christmas wedding for Leanne and Scott, not quite the last day of the year but almost!
Scott and Leanne we had a fabulous day with you and overjoyed you had such a memorable day that we were privileged to capture for your memories.
Leanne and Scott are childhood sweethearts, the only ones for each other, how special and romantic is that!
Been together 10 years and now an elegant black and white festive wedding for them at the beautiful Plas Hafod country House Hotel sealed a perfect day.
Plas Hafod is a perfect winter wedding venue with its light airy conservatory room to make the most of winter light and also has ample room inside for group photos if needed.
This was the day of Storm Frank supposedly but it hardly bothered us, a little rain intermittently, but a breath of air for a few group shots and portraits was most refreshing.
Fantastic choice guys, hope you enjoy this little blog post of your highlights and wish you much continued happiness.
Pixsmiths had a fabulous day with Kiim and Felix at their wonderful wedding. a day full of joy amongst family and friends, everything just as they planned and more.
A ceremony at Christchurch, Moreton and then whisked off to the beautiful Plas Hafod in North Wales, courtesy of Speedwell Motors.
Our first time for a Plass Hafod wedding and hope it won’t be the last. The reception room has lots of natural light so great if you need to shoot indoor and also ideal for wintere weddings. The co-ordinator is a great and makes things really interesting – oh and the meringues here are so scrumptios and huge!
The gardens outdoors provide ample opportunities for portraits and the bridal swuite is very charming – Kim really enjoyed showing us the room.
Lots of fab details and personal touches, one of the bridesmaids had make the cake, amazing job there and loved the figures of them, with Kim in her skates – she’s a keen figure skater so no wonder she is so fit.
The room was delightfully dressed by Eva Adore and the table names were the gifts of the spirit, an innovative way to share their faith.
Really enjoyed the best men’s speeches, you could see they had a real connection with Kim and Felix , true friends and supporters of them and they gave them funny gifts and a lovely text frame of things they do in their new life togethere which I know will grace their home. Sweet cart, fun frame prop shots and dancing all made the evening party go with a swing. Many congratulations to Kim and Felix , you can see from these images what the day meant to them and we wish them much happiness and health for the future.
Hope you enjoy a small sample of the images taken during the day.
