Pixsmiths Creative photography were delighted to cover the wedding of Victoria and Kyle, AKA as the Frog and Kiwi Wedding due to their respective nationalities,
A fun loving couple who have innovative ways to reach each other – kyle is much taller! – as you will have seen on their pre-wedding shoot in the Festival Gardens a few months ago.
A winter wonderland wedding with a meaningful church ceremony at All Saints Childwall and followed by a reception at The Adelphi Hotel in Liverpool city centre. Their joy was evident all the way through the service, the group photos, the meet and greet for cakes and fruit punch in the Church hall right the way through to the speeches and evening dance.
The snowflake theme was evident from the bridal preps as we spotted snowflake moulds that made the novel soap favours. Bridesmaids were given beautiful brooches to add sparkle to their dressses. The Adelphi was lavishly decorated for a winter’s evening with sparkly lights and candles, so atmospheric. We were entertained during the speeches with a New Zealand dance too – so lovely of Kyle’s familly to be there.
Victoria herself looked stunning in her Jean Alexander designer wedding dress, check out that button detail on the back!. Her veil was made by her mother and had aslo been worn by her sister for her wedding. The wedding shoes were shoes worn as bridesmaid but now beautifully dyed by Elegant Steps to match the blue colour of the bridesmaids dresses.
Kyle not to be outdone accesorised his suit with cufflinks showing the regions of the world they came from. Made a great setting for one of our signature ring shots thet we love to do.
Lovely to work with Stu Mottershead – videographer again too.
Many congratulations Victoria and Kyle and wish you much happiness and health for the future. love Sandy and Dave xx
