Stuart and Lynne’s Post Destination Peel Hey Wedding Celebration
Stuart and Lynne had a sunny Bank Holiday for their Peel Hey wedding celebration party in their marquee. Lovebirds Stuart and Lynne have been together 21 years and recently got married in Mexico (ah wish we could have been there too!). Romantics ourselves we just loved this couple who epitomise that love is ageless and romance is alive and kicking.
Peel Hey, in Greasby, Wirral is a delightful venue and luxury b an B with its cosy gardens and marquee and of course there are also rooms here for tjhose wishing to stay over. The sun shone for them just as it did in Mexico!. We took various group photos and portraits of the happy couple before leaving them to enjoy their meal. Each group Lynne said, these are my friends…she has a lot of friends, what a great crowd of people! Such a delightful way to spend a couple of hours on August Bank Holiday Sunday with Stuart and Lynne. We hadn’t met Lynne before the Peel Hey wedding but were instantly greeted with warmth, such a bubbly personality, we had an instant rapport. The flowers from Lyndaflora were vibrant and colour, so suited for an exotic destination wedding and also the purple of the bridesmaids. Cameo cakes did a fantastic job with the birdcage cake and cupcakes, they looked mouth-wateringly good!
Stuart and Lynne were generous enough to share their day with two party girls too at their Peel hey Wedding party. Thank you Stuart and Lynne that we could capture your evident joy at your Peel Hey wedding celebration and wish you many more happy years together
If you are considerign a Peel Hey wedding then we’d love to hear from you as your Wirral wedding photographers – its a local Wirral wedding venue for us and we love coming here. Please drop us a message with your details. p.s. they do delicious afternoon teas too, we’ve tasted the cakes! Also a good place for a differen sort of hen party, very cosy and intimate.
We had so much fun with Beccy and Rob on their pre-wed shoot we knew their wedding would be amazing – and we weren’t wrong!
We started with bridal preps – a thoughtful touch was each bridesmaid doing up a few of Beccy’s buttons on her oh so elegant fitted dress…but left the last few for mum. A lovely ceremony took place at the Wirral Christian Centre, so much joy shared among so many friends and family. There was an audible gasp as Beccy made her entrance, she looked stunning. and even the minister said, “wow that was an entrance”! Someone commented she looked like a blonde Kate Middleton, A bit of a downpour as they were due to exit, we hummed and ahhhed over the confetti shot they really wanted on the steps and finally we got it as the rain subsided..and for those that missed it we did another one at their reception at Brook Meadow. We love confetti shots so was an added bonus to get two! Brook Meadow is a lovely venue, staff very experienced and helpful. Lots of nooks and crannies in the gardens for those special bridal portraits, so glad we had plenty of time before the wedding breakfast. Singing and dancing went on well into the evening and a photo booth to enjoy too. We had a fantastic day with Rob and Beccy and we wish them much happiness now and in the future. They have a full on-line gallery of over 700 pics..here are just a few of those special moments we love to capture. Prints and digital downloads can be made via the client gallery if you wish.
We love our pre-wed sessions they are such a great way to get some beautiful couple shots and to help couples with a few tips for being photographed. Its really a fun ice-breaker before the big day. Here we have Rachael and Ryan having a stroll around West Kirby. We started along the promenade, walked through Victoria park and then up to Ashton Park. We even managed to get a quick shot with the flags out for the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.
So relaxed and at ease with other we had a lovely time walking and talking, checking over the plans. Its now just a few months to go before their wedding at the Holiday Inn in Ellesmere Port. Really looking forward to it, will be so much fun with this lovely couple, so obviously devoted to one another. It will be a joy to capture their wedding. Just a taster of the images they will receive along with their wedding images. in due time.
A lovely wedding for Dan and Sam in West Kirby. A church service at the URC with a small reception in the church hall for friends followed by a reception at Leasowe Castle. The day started early for Sam and we caught up with her at her make-up stage – thank you to Gina from Positive Touch It was back to the house for the bridal details and all too soon it was off to the church and then onto the castle. A day full of joy and blessings and wishing you many more Dan and Sam. Below just a few of the many images – on-line gallery is now available for viewing.
