The end of May saw Pixsmiths Creative Photography back at St Joseph’s in Prenton for the lovely Wirral marquee wedding of Emma and Chris.
Our day started with bridal preps at Emma’s mum’s home for expert make up by Nicola Joyce (we seem to be seeing a lot of Nicola at the moment!)
Meanwhile Dave popped over to see how the boys were getting on with their preparations.
The red for love colour scheme was set perfectly with the bridesmaids dresses, the flowers in the boquests and in the church – beautifully arranged by Blue Orchid florists Katey and Edward Burke. Mike Cullerton the toastmaster also fitted so well with his red coat! ..and I must say it was great to have him along making sure proceedings went so well and timely, organising guests on the church altar for a big group pic whilst bridal portraits were done at the church door.
After the ceremony we made a stop at the gardens The Arno, loving tenderd by volunteers for a few portraits whilst the guests made their way to the marquee – provided by Grosvenor Marquees. – at The Oxton Rugby Club . The chandeliers and the calendelabars – provided by Anne-Marie of A Touch of Elegance created an elegant vista in the marquee.
The catering was arranged by Chantilly’s ..the sparkler profiteroles went down a treat at the end of the meal.
Toastermaster Mike got proceedings underway and kept the guests entertained as well as introducing the speeches – he really is a character!
Evening entertainment with the ever popular Tequila meant part y went down so well. A thoroughly fabulous day for Chris and Emma and their family.
Chris and Emma thank you for letting us share yourwonderful day, it was amamxing to be a part of it and see how much your family means to you.
