Trafford Hall Rustic Wedding Shoot
Rustic Cheshire Georgian Venue
We were blessed to work with amazing creative wedding professionals on this Trafford Hall Rustic Wedding shoot.
We just love collaborating with each other, networking and supporting each other with social media campaigns and images.
So just recently we met up at the delightful Trafford Hall , a wonderful Georgian House with on site accommodation for guests wishing to stay over.
This charming rustic venue can be decorated as you wish and enjoys delightful woodland, lawns and sunken garden areas for umpteem photo opportunities for your wedding photography. As photographers we love coming here. The staff are really welcoming too and will happily advise on plans for your day.
For this shoot the decor was supplied by Sweetpea & Ivy They love this venue and have dressed Traffordd Hall many times. Always love their rustic styling, perfect for this venue. This time they provided an outdoor ceremony area and a fabulous barrel table laden with cakes and sweets created by Bella’s Cake Pantry
The delicious cakes and cake pops were were from Sue’s water colour and silver leaf collection. Scrumptious!
Place cards and menus by Pink Sherbet Stationery perfectly matched the colour scheme on the tables set up by Sweetpea and Ivy and Wirral Table and Chair Hire The tables were adorned with evergreen leaves and candles in a long wooden container, creating a warm cosy touch. Little cut glass vases with peach roses added the touch of colour to the table. The backs of the chairs were adorned with soft pastel swags, tied in the middle with a complimentary satin ribbon. The wooden floors and giant light up LOVE letters either side of the fireplace completed the elegant rusticl ook.
Pixsmiths Creative Photograph had a great time photographing the amazing Katey Elizabeth around the venue in a gorgeous dress supplied by The Wirral Wedding House The dress is a hand finished bohemian style beaded gown from Romantica of Devon.
Suited Katey so well, she made a fabulous Boho Bride!
If Trafford Hall is the venue for your style of rustic elegant wedding the staff there would love to here from you – watch out for their open days
We love photographing weddings at Trafford Hall – we have previously shot a summer Trafford Hall Wedding and would love to be back here soon so please ask for our wedding brochure and we will get back to you soon!
Trafford Hall Wedding Photography
A vintage Day for Cassie & James
Such a sunny day for a glorious Trafford Hall wedding day. Cassie and James enjoyed a relaxed fun day here with their family and friends
Trafford Hall is a great Chester wedding venue if you want to put your own stamp on your day. It’s a beautiful red brick Georgian Mansion with ample space outdoors, a lawn, swing, woods and sunken garden areas amongst the onsite 52 bedded accommodation. Its an exclusive use venue so you will be the only bride her on the day. Its fantastic that all the profits generated by weddings and events at Trafford Hall are ploughed back into the charitable work carried out at the hall as well as the development of our eco friendly facilities and policies.
This was one of our bespoke packages – 4 hours covering from an hour before ceremony through to couple sat down for their weddign breakfast
Lots of activity in the bridal prep room – one of the many rooms upstairs – with 6 bridesmaids and two make-up artists, bride’s mum and then day and various other people popping in.
The maids looked fantastic in their navy dresses and pink wraps
Just as well Dave went to capture the men’s arrival and some venue details whilst this was going on.
Lots of giggles and moments in the ceremony – i’m sure there was a tear in the eye from James when Cassie entered and walked with her dad.
All too soon the new Mr and Mrs were being showered with dried lavender in the bright sunshine – a change from confetti and suited their country garden theme.
The venue was set up by the creative talented vintage venue dressers and prop hire company Sweetpea & Ivy. You can see below how fab it looked
Lots of great touches with wooden Love Letters, lanterns, lace and china on the tables and plenty of flowers.
The amazing cake was made by Cassie’s mum – just check it out below in the images – very intricate and colourful!
A really unique personal touch were the hand drawn place names for each guest – love those!
Family groups done and then time for some bride and groom portraits in the quaint garden – always some nooks and crannies to find
Perfect timing as chef was calling for guests to enter for their meal – all beautifully cooked on site. he was impressed we kept on schedule!
No speeches to be had so we just finished with some detail shots and a ring shot as requested by Cassie in her bouquet.
Many congratulations on such a sunny day at Trafford Hall on your wedding Cassie and James. Wishing you much happiness love Sandy & Dave x
Christmas Wedding Rowton Hall
Snowflake and Reindeer themed Winter Wedding
Such a festive Christmas wedding Rowton Hall for Rebecca and Mark.
Rebecca adores Christmas time and Rowton Hall Hotel was the perfect festive venue choice so many sparkly Christmas trees around the rooms for their wedding at Rowton Hall
Their wedding marked their ten year anniversary of being together too, having met at school.
Rebecca was pampered at home by MUA Cathryn Kerwin-Rawlinson and her longstanding hairdresser Laura Gilmour
Rebecca and Mark chose a Reindeer theme with Rudolph and other Reindeer names gracing the table plan. Mark had elegant Rudolph cuff links and Rebecca’s jewellery, bracelet, necklace and earrings had a snowflake design perfect for a Christmas wedding.
The ceremony in the Ballroom was resplendent with candles and red chair covers befitting the season
The evening entertainment was provided by a live band – The Covercats from Liverpool who had the dance floor full.
Great vocals from the band and loved the saxophone too.
This was our last wedding of 2016 and a real highlight to end on – literally with a bang with surprise fireworks.
Rebecca had always wished for fireworks at her wedding but it came a complete surprise to her (and us!) as a gift from Mark..
Rebecca’s face was a picture – serious brownie points earned there Mark!
The fireworks were by Nemesis of Chester – preferred suppliers of Rowton Hall and a great display was put on.
Certainly made for some memorable pics
Autumn Rowton Hall Wedding
Wow how quickly the wedding season has gone by! Didn’t seem so long ago we had a spring wedding at Rowton Hall and back now for the autumnal wedding of Martin and Selina, which completed a busy October for Wirral and Rowton Hall wedding photographer, Pixsmiths Creative Photography.
Coolish but bright day for the wedding party to enjoy so glad we were able to capture some autumn colours which complimented their red colour scheme – including those amazing Wizard of Oz ruby red slippers…and spot the necklace for the evening party!
Always lovely to be at Rowton Hall – plenty of indoor space – always good to consider when choosing a venue with our British weather!
Many congratulations to the new Mr and Mrs Hood, wishing you every continued happiness. Here a selection of images provided to them. Enjoy
how amazing do these shoes look!! Must confess got a little obsessed with them!
